📋 Student Code of Conduct — Terms & Conditions

1. Students will be required to be punctual and to attend at least 80% of the classes to become eligible for the award of Training Certificate.
2. Student will be required to appear in all theory and practical examinations conducted during the academic session.
3. The fees are payable at the time of admission.
4. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

5. Student will be required to compulsorily participate in production (Project work etc.) exercises which will be a part of curriculum.
6. All the material produced during the practical or any project work will be the property of Creative Media Institute.
7. Student will be required to display the laminated identity card in the institute premises.
8. Student will not be allowed to leave the institute premises during the training hours without prior permission of the Center Head.
9. Student will not be allowed to entertain visitors during the training hours, in the premises.
10. The Institute reserves all the rights to make appropriate changes in the faculty, the courseware, and the time schedule as and when required during the session.
11. All expenses — conveyance, boarding, lodging, laundry, medical etc. (if any) shall be borne by the student.
12. Students shall not seek any professional assignment during the training period without the permission of the Center Head.
13. The Institute reserves the right to expel the student in case of failure to fulfil the financial obligation toward the institution or for breach of rules and regulations. Decision of the Center Head in all matters will be final and binding on the students.
14. All Cheques and DDs must be drawn in favour of "Creative Media Institute."
15. All fees shall be paid in the 1st week of each month. However, in case of exigency a grace period of 10 days is allowed.
16. The media accessories at the time of final project are to be arranged by candidates only.
17. Any changes, announcements, or notices for the students will be communicated through the notice board.
18. It is the student's responsibility to apprise himself/herself of these communications made from time to time, irrespective of whether the student is attending the sessions or not.
19. The management shall not be responsible for any changes in the schedule, postponement, or cancellation of lectures or laboratory sessions.
20. A student's admission would be cancelled if the student becomes a fee defaulter.
21. Damage to institutional property or equipment by the fault of the student will have to be borne by the student.
22. Caution money deposited at the time of admission will be refundable only on completion of training.
